It was a 3 Step interview Process, the 1st interview was a telephone screening from the recruiter 2nd interview was a meet and greet of two department leads and the 3rd interview was with the Hiring Manager. The interview process when it started went pretty slow, they spaced about a week between each interview step. So basically for me it took me 3 weeks to get to the 3rd Step. And then another 2 weeks to hear the conclusion of my interviews.
