Very laid back process, applied online and received a call within a couple of days about an interview. The interview itself was extremely easy, perhaps concerningly so. It took place in the main lobby (though I have learned that that is not common for the location I work, Kingsport TN). They asked all the questions you would expect in an interview, such as "If your friends had 3 words to describe you, what would they say?". The question that really threw me off, however, was "What Skyrim race do you play as?". I guess I can see the thought process behind this question, as if you really thought about their answer you could maybe see a glimpse of the persons personality through their answer, just perhaps not the most professional question to ask. I have come to realize, yet again, that this is not a standard question of the location I work, and it was a manager-specific question.
