First interview was with HireVue, recorded 4-5 answers to questions.
Second interview was a month later with the panel of 4/5 people, hiring manager, peer, HR staff. Questions fairly easy, one short exercise on scheduling. After this, few additional phone calls for info clarification and then the conditional offer. After the acceptance of the conditional offer, the educational and professional check process starts - pressure to provide a lot of contacts, documents and proofs in a short period of time.
Physical exam comes next, followed by the security check. After all of this is successfully completed, the final offer is presented and choice of the starting date, within the 6 months.
