Had the most bizarre interview experience so far. Applied via their job portal, then they reached out to me via a phone call about a week and a half later. Phone call was 6am in my time zone, so I was very confused and ignored it. After listening to their voicemail, I tried calling them back after I received the phone call only to be dropped into a directory that required an extension I was never given. Shot them an email and then they decided to call me again instead of scheduling a good time for the recruiter call. Shortly thereafter, I was scheduled to interview with a couple of senior leaders on the product team. I thought I did well and have tried following up, but haven’t heard anything since then. I’m sure their recruiting staff is busy, but this has definitely been the weirdest recruiting process ever.

First Recruiter interview just to discourse my experience and what I was looking for in terms of compensation and then group interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. I spoke to the Team Leader and a director and it was a good interview.

I met with two upper managers and several coworkers. There were five 15-30 conversations that let me gage the employees and culture. The process was over a two week period.
