My interview process consisted of being interviewed by 3 different managers within Finance individually. Each interview was probably 20 mins or so long. My actual manager interviewed me last. They didn’t feel like interview more like a conversation about my job history.

Phonecall interview was very pleasent, ee where talking about wor experience, job offer, explaining me what will be my obligations on work...it was offer for hiybrid work...but it did not suite for me that time.

Interview
There were two rounds to the interview process:
1. An onsite interview that was a behavioral interview - just a casual conversation to see if you'd be a good cultural fit
2. A phone interview with the senior director going through qualifications, skills and the role
