Easy but if they do not wish to hire you they will not respond and you will be required to assume you're not the candidate selected. This is even after numerous attempts to contact them.

Interview
Pretty basic questions. Longer interview than most but it's mostly just to cover the commission part. The Manager was really nice. The pay just wasn't what I was looking for.
multiple phone calls and followed by a video call. Questions were all over the place but nothing too insane. Really want to know background with sports. They also asked about steps to making a sandwich but really they want you to ask them questions to see what they actually want.

Didn’t know you couldn’t have this position with ncaa job which was not known through the application process. If they put this on the application or job duties they would waste less time
