Several rounds of fit interviews, which included discussions of the market, my background & prior experiences, and areas I'm interested in, along with a take home case study that involved evaluating an investment opportunity qualitatively and quantitatively
I felt that the interviewer had a strange mentality about the function of IR and to some degree felt like I was convincing the interviewer that IR is an interesting career when they themselves did not believe so. Also felt some strange tension between the IR function and the investment function and felt a large need to prove something.
standard for the industry. nice people. nice office. a very successful firm and good vibe. Lots of freedom given to the more junior members of the team which seemed healthy
