NELFT NHS interview questions

Applied for the role, shortlisted within 2 weeks of applying and interview within a week of being shortlisted. Interview process went smoothly, had two senior members of staff on the interview panel, 9 competency based questions were asked and had an opportunity to ask questions about the role and employer, great experience over all.
