The NHS Graduate Scheme interview was conducted in 2021 so was conducted as an interview online. I was asked various questions including what are the core values of the NHS.
It was a very good experience. All the interview stages were really creative and helpful. I am satisfied by the whole process. Especially the assessment center was really productive and well organized.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS
Interview
I had to complete an application, followed by online tests. The online tests weren't too hard and the numerical reasoning was pretty simple. This was followed by a video interview which was pretty long and fairly hard.
