Interview
Had a virtual interview via teams with two members of staff that I would interact with on a day-to-day basis. I was asked a series of questions, followed by a selection of scenarios and asked how I would best proceed/take action on them. I was told I would hear back before COP the same day or the following morning.

Give me an example of where you've required to have personal responsibility?
Scenario-based questions;
1) it's 5 pm, you're due to finish, what would you do re rota if Dr due in on the nightshift rang in saying they aren't feeling very well?
2) Consultants need to give you 6 weeks notice to book leave, what would you do if they rang you and said they need to take leave now?
