A lengthy online form to fill out then. Then if successful in selection process you receive an Online Interview via MS Teams. If you receive the position you collect your information pack at an induction and complete online training before you start your first shift.

Frustrating and long winded. No follow up, then suddenly offered the job six weeks later, when I had already accepted another job. Seems like a waste of time for both the interviewer and me, as she said they were struggling for staff.
