Easy, group assessments. NHS values, competency questions, prior experience. Very easy, simple and straightforward. Quick turnaround too, find out within a day or two if it's successful. Usually 2 stages, not sure why for a band 2 role....

Much less intimidating than I thought, very humane and they made me feel at ease. I felt well supported throughout and never felt like they were trying to catch me out. The conversation flowed easily and they gave me plenty of time so I didn’t feel rushed.

Not a bad experience. It was smooth as questions asked were something I had prepared for, so it was a smooth process for me. The interviewers were also very friendly and make the experience good too
