The Interview process is in two part. The assessment which involved excel practice, this is based on the job description.. It was for one hour. After this , you asked situational questions

What do you understand about this role and why do you want to work here.
Took about 10 minutes, ask questions about why I wanted to work here, asked to describe two accounting terms, one of them being as 'accurals'. Spoke about progression, and who you will under, and so on.

Whether you had done extra courses, such as Excel course, to help aid in your job
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NHS
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers were very friendly, it was a panel of 3 who I went before. The range of questions were focused on my people skills, management skills, and there were questions asked that were very NHS specific as they were looking for a desirable to be NHS experience previously.
