I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Basingstoke, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Relatively painless, but dynamic. It was like an assment day but shorter and online. It involved group discussions, reasoning as to decisions. Other section involved one to one talks where you had a case study and then talked about what you would do. There was a traditional interview process also.
