Interview
You will be asked questions by nurses or matrons (a team that’s put together for the interview) quality of care ,what confidentiality means and what’s your duty and how to work with service users . Also will be asked questions about yourself as an individual and your values. Why do you feel the position should be given to you and lots of other questions
The process was fast and smooth. The interviewer was also very professional and friendly, and you get feedback within a short period of time. You also have to understand the values and 6C’s of NHS.

I did not find it friendly. You are expected to have worked in the trust you are applying to, and only a supervisor from that trust or ward can reference you.
