They asked a lot of scenario questions about how I collaborate and work in challenging situations.
Phone screen followed by interview with entire division. Second interview involves scientific presentation (45 minutes) followed by 15 minutes of discussion. Then meetings with the investigator, branch chief, other branch investigators, and lunch with research fellows.

Describe your background in nutrition epidemiology.
Very comprehensive and inclusive. People were able to balance technical questions about my previous work with broader questions about what motivates me and my career interests. It did not feel difficult at all.
