10 min HR talk, then 60-70 minutes long technical interview with 2 engineers. They were kind and creepy at the same time. Nothing dramatic, asked relevant questions, it was alright.
The reasons I declined their offer was the unbelievably low and innegotiable compensation and some redflags.
The compensation meant a NET salary (not gross, what you'd expect) offer, which was less than 300.000 HUF. In 2022. For a junior .NET developer role... Other than that just the usual "variable compensation based on performance" and free coffee of course. That's it. In 2022, I repeat.

The interview process started with a quiz where I've got great results from then came the HR interview where I've got the feedback that intern experience is not really experience hence my 1.5 years of experience is worthless. The company ghosted me 2 weeks without a proper response.
