Hiring process is not based on what you can do in your role nor based on your job experience. It is purely based on three types aptitude questions, regarding your reasoning skills, IQ and personality test. These are the important aspects they are looking during the interview even if you are 10 or more years experienced. I felt like they didn't recognize my work experience and knowledge and job but assessed me based on these tests.
