What a waste of my time. First talked with a recruiter. Talked about my experience and the work they are doing. Next had a technical phone screen with Director of Engineering. Not a very difficult interview. Was asked lot of questions. He was very impressed with my answers. Then I was sent a Technical Coding Challenge on Hackerrank. It was medium difficulty. The recruiter told me that I did very nice. After that another Recruiting Coordinator contacted me to ask for when I am available to come on-site. Then I replied to her that I am not from the area and sent my availability when I can come in for the in-person interview. Its been couple of weeks and haven't heard back from them. Not sure what the issue is, but I am assuming they don't want to bring me in for the on-site interview. In both of my initial interviews, I discussed very clearly that I am an not in Bay Area. They never mentioned that this would be a problem. After wasting my time, then there is no reply from them. I suggest avoid them unless you have no other offers as they clearly don't respect others.
