Interview process was quite simple. Very easy and mostly just getting to know you and your resume. 2 rounds first one with a recruiter and second one with two managers.

Question 1
Asked questions about resume and why I applied for the company.
Just talked about my academic project and previous work experience. I got the sense the job was high pressure and constant deadlines to meet. Also that I would have to learn from other people on the team on the fly instead of my potential future manager.

Interview
I had a family friend who knew someone very high up in the company. After a brief email correspondence with this very-high-up person, I sent them my resume. He forwarded it to other directors, who passed it down and it ended up on the desk of my supervisor-to-be. He needed an intern for the summer, and I was the first he called.
