Three stage process. 1. Information session at my college campus. 2. Selected for 1st round interview: 2 on 1 with about half technical questions and half personality questions. 3. Selected for 2nd round interview: Flew me to Houston and had a multi day event with about 100 other candidates. Had 2 different interviews there that were mostly situational questions. Nothing technical. Was called and offered the position.
