I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NOV (Houston, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Interview was setup through e-mail where the only concern was how low of a salary I would accept for the position.
Interview was done virtually with HR, a manager, and the person directly over the position. The manager was very clocked out during the interview, and I later saw their position go up in the career section - which is unsurprising.
Questions were rather standard then veered into territory and explanations related to the position itself.
The entire group ghosted me after the interview - only for HR to respond that they had "gone with an internal candidate." Response was not received until multiple e-mails had been sent. This meant that they knew they would not be hiring me for the position from the start; at least it was virtual to waste less time and gas.
I applied online. I interviewed at NOV (Singapore) in Sept 2015

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NOV (Taebok, Ulsan) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interviewer asked background and demonstrate how to control the risk on site.
There was 5 interviewer. HSE manager, HR manager, Regional Manager, Admin. Operational Rep.and one more (can't remember) it was quit stressful.
Showed some pictures and asked find potential hazard and control measures.
Also, demonstated how to conduct Daily TBT. I think all applier need to have time to prepare for the case study and pracitce some case study done in past time. Otherwise, some case which you can see on the job interview maybe unclear to figure out.
NOV doesn's give enough time to relocate.
Anyone want to work for NOV : i want to say to them good choice
