NOV Reception/Administrative interview questions

Two chaps interviewing, competency based which is heavily relied upon to choose candidates. They were both welcoming and friendly. Asked a lot about my qualifications. Understand they have procedures in place which they have to follow which I thought it was a bit too rigid and for a Reception position and may not have been entirely suitable.
