Interview
Very straight forward and transparent hiring process with NPA. Upon the conclusion of each step I was advised on expectations with the next step in the process and each person I interviewed with was very kind, and interested to get to know me and my experience level to see if I were a good fit. My offer was completely in line with what was set upfront in my initial conversation with HR.

What would your clients say about you, and how would your teammates describe your work ethic and style? References were required and checked.
I had a phone interview with their recruiter. It was a positive experience, and she sounded like she enjoyed working there. It didn't go further because they were looking to hire before I was able to start, but it seemed like an interesting and quickly growing agency to be a part of.
