I applied online. I interviewed at NRA (Fairfax, VA)
Interview
I Received a call from HR to schedule an interview. I Interviewed with the director of the department and another manager. Total time of the interview process was around two hours. I received an offer a day later. I did try to negotiate salary but I was told they had offered me the maximum possible for that position.
Phone interview, in person interview, phone call with job offer. It went smoothly and follow up was timely. The questioning was thorough. They shared a lot about the mission of the org and their work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NRA in Jan 2016
Interview
Two phone interviews after long application process, one in person interview, HR interview, and hired by HR. Experience is the most important aspect of the interview, you will have to have a lot of knowledge of how to run grassroots campaign before the job starts. Knowledge and like mindedness about the 2nd amendment is important, but the NRA will help further your knowledge, you don't have to be an expert.
