Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straight forward for me. I submitted my application and made some follow up calls to the hr department. They were friendly and got me in for an interview which went well and showed I was a good fit for the position. Afterwards they emailed me all of the follow up documentation as well as instructions for the mandatory drug test. Once I returned all of the materials the on boarding process began which lasted for about the first month of my employment.

This was a 2 stage interview starting with 1 online and then an in person. Meeting with the hiring manager and department director. Got an offer within a few weeks of the second interview.

Application is done through skillbridge website then phone call from talent acquisition. The call was a brief summery of the position and locations available. The talent acquisition agent will try and place the candidates in an open best suited to their strengths.

Phone interview was conducted between different weeks and different people. First started with a recruiter, and then continuing to move up higher at NRG. The last interview was with multiple people who worked in the company.
