I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NSA Media (Downers Grove, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was very simple and straightforward. Had a phone interview in which is basically a screening to see if it's worth having you come in and do an in person interview. Once you pass that screening, you interview with a manager and a specialist. Asked your typical interview questions and your experience with excel. The whole process took about 3 weeks, due to having a holiday between those 3 weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NSA Media (Downers Grove, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by Dana O'Donoghue and Christina Wilmoth, both from the Media Research Department. They were very warm and friendly, and were not at all intimidating or imposing. They were easy to talk to and to open up to, and were down-to-earth enough to even share a few laughs and some stories of their own. They really made me look forward to working with the company.

Interview
First I received a screening interview over the phone. This lasted about 15-20 minutes with common questions. A few days later I was asked to come in for an in person interview. The interview was conducted by two managers in the placement department. They go through an extensive packet of around 30 or so questions and write down notes as you give your response. After about an hour or so I received a call and was offered the position.
