Interview
2 rounds of interviews with the company heads. General questions like "Tell me about yourself, why recruiting, what makes you a good fit for the role?". Both the Managing Director and the CEO were friendly and nice.
There are several stages. The first interview is about getting to know you as a person and your general motivations as well as a general introduction of the company. The second interview is about your skills. The third stage is about Detailed Case study to assess your BD, recruiting, strategy, sales skills ao. The whole process is based your skills. Work experience and credentials serve as entry point. If they are happy with the results of your case study, usually in the format of a presentation, you get to the final stage of getting to know the Managing Partners.

Interview
I was contacted via telephone by the Business Manager. I had a 10 min phone interview, after which they invited me to the office for a face to face the following week. I had one face to face interview and received an offer the next day after following up with them.
