      Practitioner Interview

      31 Jul 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NSPCC

      Interview

The interview was in three parts. A values based interview, an email task and a technical interview. The values based interview was lovely, a friendly chat about the NSPCC's values and how my own values align with theirs. The email task was ok too. The technical interview was far more intense and challenging.

Thank you for your feedback in relation to your interview at the NSPCC. I’m pleased to hear that you found the interview process on the whole a positive experience and acknowledge your comments around the technical interview. As you no doubt know, safeguarding children and young people is our top priority at the NSPCC and our rigorous and robust interview process hopefully reflects this. Thank you once again for your review.
