Recruiters were pleasant, but job was not completely represented correctly. Senior executives were excellent communicators, but other Domain Managers needed more experience interviewing. I was scheduled for six interviews over five hours, through lunch, and not offered lunch. Speaks volumes of emotional and social intelligence. Be prepared to be technically tested, even if you have a proven track record. In my opinion, they will miss out on talent they desperately need, as this is a degrading and awkward process for senior/experienced professionals.
