Interview
We had a long conversation. The manager was friendly and the interview went smooth. I wasn't asked any difficult questions. I think he liked what he saw on my resume and was looking forward to working with me.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NTB (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
Same as most shops. They inquired about years of experience and wanted to make sure I would pass a drug test. Interviews are with the manager at the designated location. Honestly, NTB is always looking for lube technicians so the interview is merely a formality. Technician's are always in demand, just not always at the location you are wanting. Overall, very easy and informal. The longest part is waiting for drug-screening results to come back in.
