Interview
Three rounds of interview were conducted. Two telephonic and One F2F.
Questions were pretty straight forward on management techniques and process to be followed for a successful delivery.
The first round was with Delivery Manager, second round with Vice President. The third round was with HR - it was a general discussion

1) Why are you looking for a change
2) Why NTT DATA etc..

Interview
Very simple, standard interview, focusing on project management skills and style. I was interviewed by 2 team members at the first interview and them the Director at the second interview. All in all pretty standard.
Foi um entrevista minimamente estranha, com perguntas um tanto agressivas, onde o entrevistador usou termos como crucificar alguem com baixa performance e expor para o time, criando assim um ambiente de medo para alcançar oa objetivos traçados, pela coação.

Interview
It was easy going, friendly interview with a recruiter based in Brussels. Unfortunately since the beginning he mentioned that thinks I am overqualified because the job title was unclear that is for a junior position, hence I liked the transparency.
