NW Staffing Resources interview questions

first inital interview via phone, was then suprise-called by the CFO to offer a second interview. After the second interview with the CFO, president, and director of sales they called me back a week later after hours (6pm) declining the position. Overall it was fine and understandable, but could've been a bit more professional.
