Interviewing was very methodical. It was a mass hiring event in a library. It was quiet and very organized. There were several staff members to process each attendee. The interview consisted of each candidate providing a full application. You were interviewed and sent to another staff to set up your physical appointment and fingerprinting, etc. Basically, everyone who interviewed went on to the next phase.
