I applied online and got a callback in 2weeks. It Went well, it was certainly an easygoing interview. The recruiters most definitely want to see you employed in the best position that best suits your ability to perform

It was pretty easy, I don't think my manager had much experience in interviewing so no trick questions. He just basically asked me about my experience, what had I done thus far, what were my expectations and views of the population we would be working with.
