Easy and quick. I was part of syep so there was not a selection process besides the application lottery. I was shown a video and walk through about expectations of working at a hospital. After that I was moved to another separate office where I got an interview from my direct supervisor.

Got referred by someone else I knew in a related NYU department, easy brief interview where we basically just went over my CV in depth- a fairly simple process overall in my opinion.
