Online interview with the hiring manager, had the flexibility to change the schedule in last minute when the applicant is unavailable unexpectedly. Originally they preferred to have face to face interviews.

What was the most significant achievement on your career?
Very nice and comfortable interview. Questions were easy enough to answer and nothing too out of the ordinary. Good test on skills and some fun questions thrown in as well.

Interview
Had Initial phone interview with HR to establish whether I was suitable for 1-1 interview. The phone interview covered relevant experience, reasons for applying and gave a description of the role. The 1-1 interview covered more about my experience, how I worked, personal traits. I didn't get the job in the end.
