Firstable, i found the job postion on Cragslist.com, and sent them a email for applying position attached with my resume and cover letter. After about 3 days, i received a phone call from the company, and talked to the guy who is the office manager in the company. He then asked me some simple questions about my job experience before, and ask me for the schedule for personal face to face interview in the next couple days. I went to the office and did the interview on the appointment time, and met their CEO and office manager , we talked a lot about the position they are hiring , and also about myself experience in the past. they also asked me about the expectation about this job and salary.
