The process is very simple. Looking to the CV and the relevant work experience , The candidate is asked to write articles as per the guidelines given by the company. There after the content is checked and proof read by teh team lead whihc later on forward the same to the manager. Once, the manager oks. the content , the candidate holds one to one session with him. Finally the candidate holds an one to one session with the HR team and after that the final decision is taken by the management.
