Interview
This first interview was a phone call, then we had to memorize a poem and get 100% on a quiz about the poem that weekend to test our memorization skills. We then we’re given a packet of info on their products we had to learn and pass a test on it with a score of 90% or higher. There was then a second test that was harder that we also had to get a 90%+ on. Overall it was a pretty difficult process getting hired.

They ask you questions on their products and give you a packet to study from.
Low key and laid back. More of a personal review than anything. Was a little intimidating initially but that feeling quickly subsided. Immediately upon the conclusion of the review, I was offered a position.

In person casual interview in the shop. Asked about myself, my experience and why I wanted the job. You then do a trail shift. Then meet the owners and have a final interview with them.
