Namati has one of the best recruitment processes I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, transparent, and respectful. they shared the salary range upfront, and described the steps of the process in detail.
The interviews were also very well structured. The first one with HR was fairly standard, more of a screening to check basic fit. The second round, however, involved three people, each of whom asked several thoughtful questions (at least three each). What I loved most was that the questions were not only about successes but also about failures. you can feel they value humility, self-awareness, and reflection. It gave me the impression that Namati values authenticity and learning as much as achievements.
