The process that was used in which I was hired for this position, was not necessarily grueling. In fact, it was rather simple. The office needed someone there to do filing and occasionally answer phones. I also move things around in the office sometimes. I handed them my resume, and told them my hours of availability, they let me know the office was a pretty relaxed environment, and I would easily learn to do my job well. That was basically it, and they were right!
