Initially communicated as a three step quick interview only process, changed to several steps, long pauses between interviews with no feedback whatsoever, including getting me to do a professional presentation and convey my impressions of them only for them to then steal a few ideas and implement without hiring.

The Marketing Director position was of such importance that we wanted to ensure a thorough assessment before reaching a decision. We received a large number of highly qualified applications, which only added to the complexity of our decision-making process. Additionally, we have chosen to prioritize candidates who can work locally.
Please be assured that no ideas were appropriated by any candidate, as the new hire did not have access to information from previous interviews.
