Had an initial interview with the CTO. During the interview, he had not much interest about my background, and kept talking about what he has done and bragging about the company. I was asked for writing a proposal for some technical challenges in the end. I spent a lot of time writing the proposal, however, did not get any response after sent it out. A total waste of time and they have no respect for your time.
