Standard HR intake process followed by a whiteboard interview with the engineering manager. No real trick questions, but do brush up on your fundamentals. The job requires firmware knowledge as well as schematic capture and PCB layout, so be prepared to write some code.

Selected for a first-round interview. After a month of providing my availability and constantly asking about my application status, they set up a video interview only to tell me I was rejected.
Had an interview set up pretty much the day after I applied. Interviewer was nice asked a lot of questions about my experience and why I wanted to work here. I’d say the interview went well. I was passionate about working with cutting edge inspection tools and the semiconductor industry. I had hope I’d get a role at the company but unfortunately I was ghosted by the HR department and I’m not sure the reason if I’m a woman of color or if they wanted someone older and experienced I have five years experience in the metrology and semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. I would also appreciate constructive feedback as to why I didn’t get an offer instead of being ghosted.
