I experience interviewer , very unknowledgable . Like talking to a wall. Interviewer seemed as if she wasn't listening to a word I said , was very distracted . Seemed like complete chaos around the interview room. There was a lack of competent staff

Test on treatment plan and one on one interview with Director discussing core functions, asked when can I start, are the hours satisfactory, starting salary, ethical conduct, transference, counter-transference and situations when you might need to speak to your Director for advice.
