All initial contact persons from the company (administrative staff) were very friendly. The Head of Legal, though, is unprofessional ...woman, looking like a bossy school teacher or cranky head of uni dept. Does not know basic things and tries to prove you wrong. Does not recognize any opinion but hers. Very authoritative and seems like she trains puny lawyers specialized on some practical stuff, having no idea of theory to begin with (poor education). That's basically it.
The atmosphere is one of a typical Russian company: neat office without any luxuries and part-busy, part-relaxed atmoshpere. Very spatious rooms. People look quite friendly and laid-back, but not overly so. The office building is pitiful, though (as usual, distant location and poor interiors).
