Interviewer set up interview by email. They were late for the call. Ran through my resume and said they would be sending a technical screening ASAP. Received it about 8 hours later. Screening questions beyond scope of role and my stated technical skills (including testing on a programming language not listed in the job description). Results were emailed and never heard back

I Recently applied for this post and First Round was Online Assessment, The Assessment was really though which I dint clear. I don't know why the employer expect the employee to know developer level of programming even though the tester might not be using soo much of programming , HR never gave me the feedback of the Interview, I Had be behind him and call him "n" number of times
