It was an easy process, should know your resume well. They ask you alot from your resume. Interview lasted for almost 3 hours. 2 step process, first Group/Panel and then 121 with the VP
It was good. Asked me both general and job related questions. I have good impressions in general. It was in three stages and level of complexity differed among them. I got an offer at the end.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NatWest Group (London, England) in May 2012

1 Interview Face to Face and 1 phone interview - Internal Transfer.
Good experience, nothing negative noticed, Incompetenent Line manager. I dont have more words to add.
