The interview process was 3 steps. I interviewed with the Hiring Specialist Tina first who was friendly and awesome. The second was with Dan and Tom of the software team, and the third was with Jim who is the VP of technology. Everyone was friendly, and the tone was always very conversational rather than mechanical and static. The process was great and very transparent. Some places will leave you in the dark for weeks at a time while they make a decision, but Tina would touch base with me throughout waiting periods to keep me updated and let me know what was going on. This took a lot of the worrying out of waiting for a decision!
